Ticket Info

  • AXS Mobile ID is your ticket - it’s fast and secure for your experience.
  • Show your AXS Mobile ID in the AXS app then get it scanned to enter. Your AXS Mobile ID is the secure and unique code for all of your tickets, and all you need is the AXS app to use it. No paper tickets required.
    • To use your tickets:
      • 1 – Download the AXS Mobile App (iOS or Android).
      • 2 – Open the app and sign in to view your AXS Mobile ID and ticket info.
      • 3 – Show your AXS Mobile ID in the app at the door to scan and enter.
    • Buying tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together, or transfer your tickets ahead of time. Ticket transfers will be available 72 hours prior to the event. Once the transfer window opens, you can easily send tickets directly through your AXS account.
  • Tickets will appear in your AXS account no later than the end of the day on Monday, December 15th. Purchases made after this date will be delivered to your account within 10 minutes of purchase.

Order Info

  • There is an eight (8) ticket limit per household.
  • Prices are inclusive of fees for all admission passes, add-ons, glamping and lodging packages.
  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations, seat changes, or exchanges between event dates. Upgrades may be available by logging into your AXS FanAccount.
  • Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.
  • Parking and Camping passes purchased in advance will begin shipping in late August.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
