  • Is there a bag policy?

    Yes. The venue has a clear bag policy.

  • Is the event all ages?

    Yes. Children 5 & under are free in GA (must be accompanied by a ticketed adult). Children 2 & under are free in Standing Pit and Reserved Seating areas (must be accompanied by a ticketed adult)

  • What time does the event start/end?

    Venue doors are scheduled to open at 4pm ET. Parking and camping lots open 3 hours before the venue opens.

  • Where do I park?

    Please refer to our Tickets page to review parking options and purchase passes ahead of time. Parking is available for the event on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend arriving early, and carpooling to the event.

  • What is considered a professional camera? What cameras are OK?

    Professional cameras such as DSLRs, bridge cameras or any devices with detachable lenses are not allowed.

    Cameras can be refused at security discretion upon entry.

    Non-Professional cameras such as film photo cameras (analog photography), disposable, point-and-shoot, cell phones or polaroids are OK.

  • Is there Public Transportation to the venue?

    Amtrak train service is available into Wilmington, DE (1 hr from event venue) from most East Coast major metros, including Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York.

    Please refer to our Tickets page to purchase round trip shuttle passes between Wilmington and the venue.

    DART First State bus service and limited rideshare options are also available between Wilmington and the venue.

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?

    No. Early arrival is encouraged to avoid traffic delays.

  • Where is the Rideshare drop off/pick up point?

    Check back closer to event dates.

  • Will there be a parent drop-off at the venue?

    Yes. Parent drop-off will be located at the Rideshare drop off/pick up point. Check back closer to event dates for location details.

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

    Yes.

  • Will there be vegetarian and/or vegan food options available at the event?

    Yes.

  • Do you have a lost and found?

  • Can I bring in my medical prescription?

    If you’re bringing prescription medication, please be sure that it is in the original packaging or container, with the name on the label matching the name on your ID. Please do not bring in multiple medications mixed together in the same container. Each medication must be separate. If you have concerns about your medication being admitted to the venue, please reach out to Accessibility / ADA here.
