Please use EXIT 104 toward Scarborough Road / U.S. 13 (North Dupont Highway) from Route 1 when arriving in Dover.
From US-13 N (North Dupont Hwy), follow signs to Will Call, Rideshare Drop Off, Parking, and Camping Lots.
There will be signs and staff directing traffic to Parking and Camping lots as you near the venue. Follow instructions to access the correct lot.
General Parking should use Bally’s parking entrance via 1131 N. Dupont Highway. Preferred Parking should enter via Leispic Rd.
The Box Office and Will Call are located at the Dover Motor Speedway Ticket Office, across from the Miles the Monster Statue (5 Plaza Drive, Dover, DE 19901).
To reach the Box Office and Will Call, take Dupont Highway (US-13) and turn northeast onto Leipsic Road.
Alternatively, guests may enter via the Bally's Dover Casino main entrance roadway, turn right onto Old Leipsic Road, and continue to the parking lot area east of Dover Motor Speedway, where the Box Office is located.
Please follow all posted traffic signs and directions, which will guide guests directly to the Box Office.
Parking
- General Day Parking is available free of charge at the venue.
- General Parking should use the Bally’s Parking Entrance on 1131 N. Dupont Highway
- Purchase Preferred Day Parking in advance while supplies last for access to the closest parking to the venue entrance.
- Preferred Parking should enter via Leispic Rd.
- Day Parking lots open 3 hours before the venue opens.
- No in/out access or overnight parking in Day Parking lots.
- All vehicles are subject to search.
- Carpooling is encouraged.

Shuttles

Round-trip shuttle service to the venue is available from:
- Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Wilmington.

All shuttles will depart at 12:00 PM from their destinations, except for
Wilmington, which will be at 1:15 PM and will be on the same route/shuttle
as Philadelphia. Following the conclusion of the shows, all shuttles will
depart from the venue by 11:45 PM.

The closest airports to the venue are Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) (1hr 15min) and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) (1hr 40min).
Public Transit
Amtrak train service is available into Wilmington, DE (1 hr from event venue) from most East Coast major metros, including Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York.
Round trip shuttle passes between Wilmington and the venue are available for purchase.
DART First State bus service and limited rideshare options are also available between Wilmington and the venue.
